FAQ
How are consultations conducted?
All consultations are conducted via secure and HIPPA-compliant telehealth calls through Doxy.me. This allows clients to connect from anywhere while maintaining a safe and convenient experience.
Doxy.me is a secure telemedicine platform that lets healthcare providers meet with clients virtually through video calls. It’s commonly used by doctors, therapists, and holistic practitioners for online appointments.
What it does:
-
Allows face-to-face video visits through a web browser
-
No downloads required for clients
-
Provides a private, HIPAA-compliant connection
How do I prepare for my telewellness call appointment?
After you book a session you will recieve an email confirming your appointment. You will need to fill out your intake form prior to your consultation. To view this intake form you will need to set up your wellness profile first. Click the button in the email to set up your wellness profile. This profile will be your access point for all intake forms and questionnaires.
Additional questionnaires can be found in your wellness profile under the questionnaires tab, these are optional but recommended to help us further pinpoint your underlying causes.
Before your appointment, you will receive another email with your telehealth link from Doxy.me to join your appointment. So make sure to keep an eye on your email so you can access this link. The link will be sent on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and any notes or questions ready before the call begins.
