Refund Policy
Client Service Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all sales, including but not limited to digital products, wellness assessments, courses, consultations, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please reach out within 24 hours of your service to sacredrootsnaturopathic@gmail.com to recieve a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows are charged the full session rate.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
