Service Description
This follow-up session is designed for returning clients who are continuing their personalized nutrition and wellness plan. During this appointment, we will review your progress, assess changes in health, evaluate how your body is responding to your current dietary, supplement, and lifestyle strategies. A follow-up Integrative Nutrition consultation provides an opportunity to refine and optimize your protocol based on your results, ensuring that your plan remains effective, individualized, and aligned with your evolving health needs. Following the consultation, you may receive updated recommendations, adjustments, or additional strategies to support continued progress, which may include: *Progress evaluation and health review to assess improvements and identify areas needing adjustment *Refinement of dietary recommendations to support metabolic, digestive, and hormonal balance *Updates to herbal or supplement protocols as indicated *Additional gut, detoxification, or lymphatic support, if required *Mind-body and lifestyle guidance to reinforce long-term wellness and resilience *Customized meal plans and grocery lists tailored to your individual nutritional needs and metabolism Your follow-up consultation is structured to provide continued guidance, accountability, and clinical refinement—supporting ongoing progress and a personalized path toward sustainable health and vitality.
Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Roots Naturopathic, we are committed to providing educational and empowering support through naturopathic modalities and holistic wellness tools. In order to maintain clear boundaries and ensure a respectful client-practitioner relationship, please review the following policies prior to booking your session. Scope of Practice: All consultations offered through Sacred Roots Naturopathic provide educational guidance in whole-food nutrition, herbal support, and natural lifestyle wellness. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Our services do not replace medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Scheduling & Cancellations Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations is confidential and used only to support your wellness journey. Your privacy is protected in accordance with professional and ethical standards. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the HIPAA Privacy Policy of Sacred Roots Naturopathic, LLC. To read more, please see our policies page. Payment & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. No refunds are issued once a session has been completed. Refunds for prepaid sessions may be available with more than 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
