Together, we’ll assess how your body has responded to your current nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols, identifying areas of improvement and any new concerns that may have arisen. This follow-up is more than a check-in—it’s an opportunity to optimize your plan and ensure your continued progress. You’ll receive updated recommendations tailored to your evolving needs and goals, which may include: *Targeted Dietary Adjustments: Personalized guidance based on your constitution and current health status *Herbal & Supplement Refinement: Updates to protocols supporting organ systems and overall function *Lifestyle Modifications: Recommendations aligned with circadian rhythm, nervous system balance, and metabolic health *Detox & Drainage Support: Additional strategies, if indicated, to support lymphatic or liver function *Mind-Body & Energetic Guidance: Techniques to harmonize emotional and physical wellness Your follow-up plan is designed to support ongoing balance, resilience, and sustainable wellness—honoring your body’s innate ability to heal and adapt.
Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Roots Naturopathic, we are committed to providing educational and empowering support through naturopathic modalities and holistic wellness tools. In order to maintain clear boundaries and ensure a respectful client-practitioner relationship, please review the following policies prior to booking your session. Due to the nature of our business, all sales, including but not limited to digital products, wellness assessments, courses, consultations, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please reach out before 24 hours of your service to sacredrootsnaturopathic@gmail.com to recieve a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
