Cancellation Policy

At Sacred Roots Naturopathic, we are committed to providing educational and empowering support through naturopathic modalities and holistic wellness tools. In order to maintain clear boundaries and ensure a respectful client-practitioner relationship, please review the following policies prior to booking your session. Scope of Practice: All consultations offered through Sacred Roots Naturopathic provide educational guidance in whole-food nutrition, herbal support, and natural lifestyle wellness. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Our services do not replace medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Scheduling & Cancellations Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations is confidential and used only to support your wellness journey. Your privacy is protected in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Payment & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. No refunds are issued once a session has been completed. Refunds for prepaid sessions may be available with more than 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
